We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kibru Fashions. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your options.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Time Frame: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are considered final sale.
Intimate apparel, including underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits, for hygiene reasons.
Jewelry and accessories.
Gift cards.
Items that have been altered or customized.
Contact Us: To start a return, please send an email to help@kibrufashions.com with your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and a photo of the item if it is damaged or defective.
Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number on the package, and ship it to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at help@kibrufashions.com and follow the same steps as initiating a return.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at help@kibrufashions.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
